DFW KOI OP is a family-owned pond and koi care business. Raising koi fish is our passion, and we love sharing it with others across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
I started building my first koi pond in 2013. As I learned more about the hobby, I built an even bigger pond because I wanted to raise big koi. That led me to filtration. I learned it's just as important as pond size in growing healthy, large koi, so I studied filtration systems in depth.
Since then, I've watched how koi react to sudden changes in their environment, and how good quality filtration keeps them healthy and growing fast. My greatest joy in this hobby is watching koi grow from a few inches to large adults, and that's what turned it into this business.
